I love going to the dentist but this last experience I was quite disappointed. Both my son and I went and they added new people. Was disappointed to see my usual lady wasnt doing them. I talked with the new lady and shes very nice BUT I didnt get my usual cleaning. She picked at a few teeth and the dipped the brush into the toothpaste, dabbed it on my teeth without spinning the brush on each tooth and then told me to rinse. Then I was done. Very disappointed as I spent $$ for the cleaning and my sons which also didnt take long. Ive never walked out with such disappointment.

Dr. Farrell and Emily are both great! I had a good experience with them. However, when I switched to a different office and got a reminder call from Sarah about my cleaning, I explained that I switched the offices. She seemed short and rushed to hang up right as I was trying to explain why I switched the offices. Thats quite disappointing because I wanted to make sure Emily and Dr. Farrell know that I appreciate their services and only switched providers because I would get a discount for laser treatments at the other place. I hope this messages gets to the right people and please have some patience to listen to your clients, even though they may be leaving to the other practice. I would still recommend Emily and Dr. Farrell. Thank you!
