        I've lived here for two years and if I weren't graduating I'd definitely stay longer! The rooms are very nice and spacious, the management is always very pleasant and easy to deal with, and the maintenance crew is always helpful and quick to arrive for anything. I always say this is the best out of any student-living option in Binghamton and for anyone who wants to live in a nice building that has many amenities and is in a great location, I always recommend ChenangoPlace!

        Very nice apartments each room is very spacious and has a good location in downtown Binghamton. Maintenance comes quick and the front desk workers are always available and very helpful.

        I do agree with everyone else around here about management being very well-trained in snatching money out of your deposit for minute things. Avoid at all cost

        Chenango was a great place to live for me. Management was available when needed, I ended up talking to Jessica the most...she was nice and easy to get a hold of. Our maintenance requests were taken care of quickly and workers was friendly. I liked being down town but not right next to the bars. I would definitely recommend to other students.

        My apartment is nice but there have been so many issues with management and the building that I wish I could end my lease early. Do not live here its not worth it. There isnt even anywhere to park.
