leaving this review for my daughter, we love Allied! 5 stars all around. All the staff work hard to ensure the office runs smoothly. All the doctors are wonderful! I have even called the after hours line and been directed to a nurse who quickly switched over to a video call so they could see my concern. My daughter had an ear drum rupture from an ear infection in the middle of the night. Allied was response and assured me things were okay and they took us in first thing in the morning. So quick and so efficient. Dr. Ghotra is so kind and makes my daughter feel so comfortable. Messaging the doctor through the portal was easy and my inquiry was answered more than promptly.

The practice has gone downhill ever since Dr Jassey left. Reception is rude and the office is dirty. Dr Nieves is the worst and barely examines my kids when seen by him and very unprofessional. Nancy at reception and Ryan Buckley are the only two people that are positive for this office. My whole family have been using this practice for years and years, but we all decided to move to a new practice after our most recent experiences there.

Absolutely amazing!!! Every doctor is truly caring, helpful, and compassionate. The nurses and staff are wonderful as well.
