Doctor Kaplan is very knowledgeable but open to suggestions. You get the tests that you need and he puts you in the path to recovery. I had developed chronic bronchitis from a sinus infection after super storm Sandy. After several years of treatment I can breathe normally again and only use my inhalers occasionally or if I get a cold. Very refreshing to have a doctor who will listen to my input into what medicines I can try to improve my health. Many people told me that I would be taking medicines for the rest of my life with the good doctors help I beat it.

Medical assistant couldn't take blood preasure! Had an appointment at 11 AM and had to wait till 3PM for my Blood Pressure Medication that was never sent to the pharmacy.

I've seen this doctor quite a few times because it's close to my office and convenient. The office staff is nice enough, but Dr. Kaplan thinks he's a cardiologist and he's not. Why he has an echocardiograph machine and tech in his office is a mystery to me. He's not a cardiologist. I doubt he can even understand the results of the echo I had in his office recently. He's extremely awkward, and he can't take a blood sample if his life depended on it. He left me with a severe bruise on my arm after he attempted to take blood from me. The blood results were off because I am convinced he handled the specimen wrong. I went in for a simple medical clearance visit and thanks to him and his incompetence, my surgery had to be postponed. He told me there's something wrong with my heart, there isn't, my real cardiologist is 100% on top of my cardiac care. He got me so upset because he refused to clear me for a minor half hour procedure where I was only going to be in a twilight sleep, not having organs removed. Unless you need a Botox injection, which he does in the office, don't go to this quack.

I have gone to several practitioners for facial treatments both in NY and Miami and I am gappiest with Dr. Kaplan treatments. He is very professional and patiently explains anything you ask him, which is something I appreciate as Ive found some others get annoyed if you question anything and they expect you to spend hundreds blindly.

I come here for Botox treatments. The doctor is truly knowledgeable and kind. Also, he is affordable. He has my trust and I feel comfortable here.
