i had Armstrong fiber optic internet installed on 8/11/23.At that time i gave the installer my ACP code. He referred me to customer service,i immediately called them before the installer left my property. i was told that they couldn't take my number over the phone,he then told me he would have to send a form for me to complete.i have yet to receive this form,to which i called 3 times asking for the form.i was told the mail was slow,as there's went to Philadelphia???finally ,i figured out how to down load the form and sent it 9/13/23.they received it on the 15th.however they still want to bill me for full service even after they failed to follow up, which would cost $40 because of their failure to follow up! I've had enough of this company and refuse to pay for their failures, cancelled my acct!!! this is also after the spent $5000 burying the cable to my house

the guys there are so very acomidating for all my needs, and they are very respectful, and understanding. I look forward to going there.
