        I asked for " 1 cream" and the girl handed me pure milk. I said "can you just make it a little darker for me?" and she refused. Eventually she was like "i'll add a little more coffee to it" and it still tasted awful. Never in my life have I been met with such resistance for a coffee to be fixed (which I don't request often) and I go to Dunkin 10+ times week.

        Rude, unprofessional, told me no we don't give officers discounts when every other Dunkin donuts does. Coffee cup full of grinds! We'll never go there again!

        Came in to get my coffee the other day and staff member was rude to the customer ahead of me and gave me an attitude as well. She acted like me being there was an inconvenience to her. Bad customer service.
