Hands down this is the BEST company for customer service!!! This is a refreshing blast from the past where people actually listen to your voicemail messages and return your call promptly. Michael has been so patient and has helped multiple times over the last few weeks as I am getting acquainted with the program and utilizing the ipad kiosk feature. I researched multiple companies for the features I needed and waiver file met all of those and was the best cost and longest free trial. I needed this program to help run an event center who rents an event space to different instructors who all need independent access to the list of their attendees. As well it needed to be super user friendly with first time users who have never seen the waiver file dashboard before. I can easily put into simple instructions how the renter accesses the dashboard and how easy it is for their attendees to sign in.
