This facility is 4 homelike fulltime care centers dedicated to meeting all the needs for chronic developmentally disabled adults of all ages. Here, a dedicated staff of in-house M.D.s, RNs & LPNs, Occupational Therapists, Mental Health specialists and Direct Service personnel give high quality care 24/7/365.
All their community Primary Care Physicians (PCP) and multiple M.D. scheduling staff who track all their Specialist appointments, are managed with Direct Service Personnel, providing safe transportation and care throughout their many community doctor's visits.
Nutritionists closely follow clients, and on premises kitchen staff provide individually prepared, professional meals to meet their complex needs.
Families are encouraged to spend time with their loved ones, and a home-like environment is fostered in every possible way. An amazing care place for this vastly underserved part of our community.
