I had a contract with DC Crane two months in advance to fill in old cesspool and install a new one. This was necessary so that another contractor could perform some construction work on my property. This was scheduled for the week of 5/17, but when I called Kerry (DC Crane) a couple of weeks prior to the job, to inform them of the exact date we needed the work done when the inspector will be available, she was very rude and said they were not sure if they can do the job, and hung up the phone on me. I sent her an email telling her that her husband had told me to inform them of the exact date a few days in advance. Then on 5/5, she sent me a text message telling me that they will be there in the 18th. Then on 5/6, I got an email from her stating that after careful consideration and review they will not be doing the job at all. What kind of company is this? So irresponsible! This situation had me scramble for another cesspool company last minute. The happy ending to this story is that I got Truckin' Corporation to do the job and they were punctual and very professional! It was well worth it!

DC Crane installed a new septic system, and tanks for us. They are a family owned and operated company who was very responsive, and at a great value. They were very careful and did a great job. Great follow up and very professional. Would highly recommend their services for septic install, replacement, excavation. We are very happy with their work. Also they were all very polite and informative through the entire project.

I’m a real estate investor who deals with contractors on a regular basis. I have to say DC Crane is the most professional and fair contractor I have come across. I got three separate quotes . Two of the three gave me a range in price of about $12,000 in either direction. They said it depended on how deep they had to dig. DC Crane give me a price and said there would be no changes. They showed up on time and did the work in a very professional manner.They cleaned up regraded and they were done in just a few hours. There were three generations of this family working on the job site. The pride they taking at work is evident . I would highly recommend them.
