I called before 9:00 AM as an emergency to be seen by the doctor same day. His assistant called me back at 5:15 PM to let me know that doctor left for today.

Excellent doctor and his very kind assistant helps a lot with the translation into Spanish. My 4-year-old son all the time felt comfortable with the doctor who evaluated his hearing. Very attentive. Very attentive and respectful reception. 100% recommended.

Doctor is writing notes while talking to me, made no eye contact, seems very rushed and staff made very rude remark to us. Would not recommend.

Saw doc in his office, seemed quite aloof and not overly interested in going to the core of my issue. quickly prescribed a nasal spray that by his own admission resultred in many patient complaints (burning sensation, bitter taste, etc), talked on his recorder why talking to me His medication was helpless, when asked his staff to prescribe other medications that have helped me in the past (not in his office), I was promised by his staff that the prescription is "on its way" to my phamacy, constant follow up with his staff for 3 consecutive days resulted in the same reponse (some by very rude and arrogant staffers), until finally was informed that the doctor will not prescribe the medication since it was previously prescribed to me ONE YEAR AGO by another physician
