My mom had turned to these folks for well over a decade to insure her vehicle and she also had insured my sporty small car when i was in my 20's, under her name (cheaper that way). Unfortunately, she recently passed away, and when i called these guys to ask them to cancel her policy, they remembered her well (even after ~15 years later) and they even remembered me and my car!
You can tell that a company like this treats you as an individual and looks after your needs on a personalized level. You aren't just a number, you're a person, and so i can see that first-hand that the customer service here is terrific. They looked after me in my difficult times and followed up after my request my made to see if i needed anything else.
I can tell you that if i still lived in the US, i would happily make sure to turn to them for all my insuring needs.
