Friday March 21st Ashley came to Naka Technologies LLC for our companies first Yoga and Meditation Class!
The whole team really enjoyed this experience as it helped us with team bonding, cleared our minds, and eliminated stress. Ashley is a light-hearted, sweet instructor who really cares about the wellness of the people she is teaching. I would recommend this for all companies, it brings awareness to employee mental health, and Ashley's fun personality makes the class extremely enjoyable!
