Ive always had excellent service from Franks Fuel inc. however, I can not justify paying their high oil prices anymore. On average, their oil prices are around $1.35 more per gallon than other companies. When I questioned the price, I was told that the cheaper prices were only from COD companies but thats not true. Ive checked with many other companies who offer service contracts and auto deliveries and the cost of oil is currently $1.50 per gallon less than Franks prices.

dont use these people. Nasty receptionist, couldnt get in touch with them for an entire week. Finally got them on the phone to match a better price, the woman was so nasty she hung up on me. Ill be using a different oil company.

I am a current long time customer with a service contract, on automatic delivery. I am giving you ZERO stars. My oil tank is empty. I have been calling 7pm last night because I cant use my heat because I have no oil, and I have not received a call back. It has been over 12 hours. This is the service you provide? Why is my oil tank empty? I am paying a fortune every month for automatic delivery so that this DOES NOT happen. How many emergencies could there possibly be that no one that is on call can do their job and call me back? This is completely unacceptable and I expect an owner to call me immediately

I have been a loyal customer of Frank Brothers for over 14 years, and have always received quality and reliable service from them. However, I have in the past two years, moved out of state, which has forced me to end business relationship with the company. I wish to thank Frank Brothers Fuel Company, for their honest and reliable service to me for more than decade.
