The front desk is very nasty and rude. I've dealt with attitudes in offices before, but they are at a whole other level. Save yourself the trouble and find another doctor.

The women at the front desk are horrible. Nasty attitudes and they speak to you in the most disrespectful way. The doctor is just ok, definitely not worth putting up with those office workers. Save yourself the headache and find another doctor.

I have been reluctant to add my comment for years now because I absolutely love Dr Claudia sellgren however her staff I'm talking about the people at the desk at the front desk are so rude they have no people skills whatsoever I have been coming to Dr selgrad since 2006 and I'm sad that I am going to have to find a new primary care doctor I spent a lot of time with Dr sellgren and shared many personal stories with her. I was I have been hung up on so many times for voicing my opinion when they have gotten very nasty with me and I wish I were able to talk to Dr sellgren herself but unfortunately you have to go through these people at the front desk in order to do so. When I first came on the review the very first review I read was all about her nasty receptionist that convinced me that it's time to move on. I recently lost my 45 year old son back in June and these people have no compassion whatsoever telling me all kinds of things because I didn't call Sooner to make an appointment because these days my mind isn't working the way I would like it too because I am still in morning. They ended up hanging up on me and I was so upset and I talked to so many people and I've been without my medications for over 3 weeks now hoping to find a new doctor. I truly hope that doctor sellgren has time to read these reviews because I'm very upset that I have to move on but I refuse to go to this office anymore and see these three nasty women that sit behind the desk that have no people skills no compassion not anyone I want to see anytime soon. I love you Dr sellgren thank you for the many years of your great service unfortunately you need a whole new set of receptionist to keep this place a happy place. Thank you Dr sellgren Athena Ryder
