Yurana Designs Bay Shore

Poor experience no communication took a long time to ship they shipped one glass I didn’t order and charged my credit card right away. For the price of these I expected some communication/service.

My boss bought several items from Yurana Design's the package arrived and i didn't open because my boss was out overseas after four month's my boss came back they opened the box and we were missing two items. When I send email to the Yurana Design they were very nice and they send missing two items even after 4 months. This is a good customer relation in my field. I really want to thank them in regards to customer service. I appriciated all the time and effort. Thank you M. Slater

I have made several purchases from Yurana and the products received are fantastic! I had a slight issue with one item and they were quick to remedy to my full satisfaction. My wife and I absolutely love their wine glasses and we will continue to purchase from them!
