        My husband and I hired Advanced Building Inspections to inspect a house after we entered a purchase contract. Kevin and Colleen were both friendly and answered all of our questions. During the inspection Kevin pointed out some natural woodworking we should have covered by our insurance policy and I had no idea this was even a thing! He also showed us all the little quirks about the house (hidden attic garrisons for example). We were really pleased with the service, the report, and the process. Thank you again Kevin and Colleen 😊

        Kevin gave us every penny’s worth. So many tips and tricks given while the inspection occurred. Very glad we chose ABI for our home inspection. The detailed report came very fast after the inspection, and every inch of the house was covered. I would highly recommend!

He got the inspection report to me the same night, and gave me helpful tips and solutions to even the smallest issues that he found with the house. His wife is also very nice to deal with, and very accommodating with scheduling appointments. I was very impressed and you will be too!
