        Such a sad place, the front desk are great, kind understanding, but my consular who i saw briefly is unprofessional in every way. In the end after doing the 3 assessments, she told me they couldn't help me with my symptoms, and the consular who referred me there should have know that. So they chose not to help, here I am waiting for some kind of help from somebody, it's come to the point that i just don't go out anymore, complete isolation, of course if i had the funds i could afford the best, but when you don't your stuck with what you get, i do miss the dog who i only saw a couple of times, but truthfully that was something i looked forward to was seeing Loke!

        Not impressed with quality of care if you can call what I received care. Too busy hassling clients so much so that no recovery work actually happens. Go down the street to CASA.
