        Dr Matthew Steele Battaglia needs to find a new profession! He is the rudest, most arrogant ER doctor ever. This is the 2nd time I've had the same experience with him. My daughter was seen last night for severe abdominal pain. Suspected appendicitis. After a CT scan, it was determined that it was an ovarian cyst, possible torsion of the ovary. She was in extreme pain. He informed myself (female) and my daughter, that ovarian cysts don't hurt, and it must be gas. He told us the ultrasound was normal when in fact it was not. It was a complex cyst and needs to be addressed. Her pain was so severe, her body was trembling and her teeth were chattering. He also dosed her with Haldol instead of a repeat dose of morphine like he said he was going to, as he stated he usually only gives pain meds for broken bones! I advised him to let me know when he grows ovaries and let me know how a cyst feels and we left with her vomiting.
