ER DOCTOR WAS RUDE HAD BAD BED SIDE MANNERS.THAT IS WHY PEOPLE DONT GO TO THE DOCTORS NURSES WERE AWSOME AND HAD GREAT ATTUDIE.

Always a 6-7 hour visit no matter the day or time, left in a room for 4-5 hours plus awaiting blood results and always told no more tests can be done.Nurses never checking up on patients machines all over constantly going off. Never satisfied or felt like I was done right leaving here. If my insurance did chargebacks I would do it every time. Sad to say Id rather risk my health than to come here. -1 stars

-5 stars! Horrible. Just horrible. Dont ever go here. Every time I have gone Im in the waiting room for 3+ hours!! I just came here with a possible concussion, Im so nauseous and puking uncontrollably, while in the god all mighty BRIGHT waiting room I kindly asked for a blanket because the lights were causing me pain! And it was cold. Their response was I cant get one theyre in the back just close your eyes completely lazy. For some reason half the hospital is shut down?? And there are hardly any bed available, How? Ive been here almost 4 hours and people who came in after me have gotten seen and left! When I FINALLY got to go back I was sat in a hallway! (Not the first time either) and while I am nauseous the staff is devouring pizza and wings (and youre not gonna tell me all of them are on their break at the same time) but its making me throw up even more and they could care less. I agree with every other bad review on here. Staff is horrible. Doctors do not care. They dont even know what theyre doing. Please take the extra 15 minutes to go to brockport!! Brockport is so much better!! And faster! The doctors care!! And do everything they can for you!! They have actual conversations with you! They care about how you feel!
