Bought HFE 30 and a patriot sawmills from these folks. Very friendly and helpful staff. Able to make a few minor changes before purchase to suit our needs. Have since delt with a few warranty issues and have had quick response and super fast shipping. It's nice to deal with friendly staff, before, during, and after your purchase!

I stopped by just to look around. Ended up buying a few little things. The staff member who I think might have been an owner was extremely friendly and treated me like I just spent thousands. I will gladly be doing business with them in the future.

I've been doing business with these folks with forestry and snowmobile parts and equipment and propane for 15 years now. They have always been great to deal with. I have to question what story is behind some of the negative reviews - I have had countless interactions with various people there on lots of different things, and I've never seen the kind of interaction that is described in the negative reviews. In fact, this is one of the few business I can name that I continue to be loyal to because they've always treated me fairly and professionally. There aren't many places like that any more.

I went in for a small part for a weed wacker and was helped by Sam. He was very friendly, remembered me from previous repairs and parts I've needed, and worked hard to find that part in the shop for me. Great place to go for parts and service
