I went here for a routine cleaning. I went in and cleaning went fine. Although Dr. Shapero was unable to do the check that a dentist normally does due to an injury (that I was not informed of beforehand). Then I needed fillings done too. I went back for the fillings. And when I went for the fillings, I needed them on the left side on my mouth but I received 5 (yes FIVE) novicane shots on the RIGHT side of my mouth. When the Dr. came in to do the fillings I said I could feel everything (shocker) so I recieved 2 more novicane shots this time on the left side of my mouth. So 7 shots of novicane total. When they went to the do work again I could still everything. They put a temporary filling in the my one tooth and said I needed to come back for a nerve block to have the work done. The temporary filling or part of it fell out while I was driving home. Nothing that was done that day set right with me. I did not go back to have more work done here. I have since developed a horrible fear of the dentist and have finally sucked it up to get the work done somewhere else. I have also heard that I am not the only person that has received novicane shots on the wrong side of the mouth recently from this dentist. The temporary filling was viewed by my dentist and it looks like someone shoved gum into a my tooth it is hanging over between my teeth and damaging my bone luckily not too bad and it can be fixed. In my opinion do not waste your time and energy going to this dentist.

02/02/2023 Another great dental visit for my 6 month cleaning. Can't thank everyone enough for my great dental care. Staff and environment are very pleasant and welcoming. I have been under their care for more than ten years. Scheduling and appointment reminders are worry-free. I experience white-coat syndrome but I do not dread going to see my dentist. My thanks for their exceptional care. Just had my six-month check-up. My hygienist, Benta, was fantastic. Like being able to schedule my appointment at 7:30 AM. Another great visit.
