Brian King  showed up when he said they would to give estimates on new decks and a bathroom renovation. He and his team were punctual, clean, friendly, and worked with us to make adjustment as needed. I highly  recommend him

NO SHOW. I hired Brian last fall to paint my house with a committed quote. I purchased all the paint and supplies as he instructed and he came out to my house to do the job and told me I needed to have it power washed and hed come back. Had he of told me this before I would of had it already done prior to him coming. He never came back in fall and promised hed do it in spring when it was warm again. I reached out end of winter to get a date and he told me July. I have a time constraint and needed it done before summer. He scheduled a date sooner for me. He was supposed to show up and minutes before the agreed time he called and told me hes not coming and wont ever do the project because his workers didnt feel like driving out to Manlius and they all lived in Oswego.

Brian and his crew completely transformed my building in Baldwinsville. They replaced the rotting wood, painted the exterior, installed new windows, freshened up the exterior lighting. And that was just the outside. For the interior, they replaced ceiling tiles, painted walls, put up trim, took down some walls and built others to fit the needs of the businesses looking to rent. He was always responsive when I had a question or needed something explained to me. I am so satisfied with the results and the response from the community has been positive as well. The only thing this company has is a very slick website, take a ride by the run down house, ( business operation) the address is missing on the website for very good reason , and you will not waste your time . Only eight google reviews from friends and zero actual work photos posted should be enough to look for another business for real qualified local contractors.
