Needed a cleaning company for my home. I was very impressed with the response time by the owner. They did a good job and I felt that the price was fair compared to other companies I’ve used in the past.

I hired Kristen after speaking briefly with her about a move-out cleaning. It was a slight emergency and she was the only one to pick up the phone late, on a Friday evening. While on the road in the middle of a relocation during covid, Kristen was extremely responsive and reassuring that all that needed to be done would. I got the sense I could depend on her and her team. They met our agent at the house and our agent reported that they did an excellent job. I highly recommend Kristen and her team if you are juggling a move out of state, need a move-in cleaning or even a disinfection during these unpredictable times. Thanks Kristen!

Needed a move-in, thorough cleaning. I had high expectations based on reviews and what I was told over the phone. I was not impressed. The house is cleaner, but certainly not “immaculate.” The crew did not seem to be on the same page as the person I booked with on the phone. A lot of missed areas that I had to keep asking them to complete. After 5 hours at an hourly rate, I called it good just to cut my losses and get on with doing other things. After a few days in the house, I’ve discovered more things that were not cleaned well or not cleaned at all. Not happy with this service. Definitely not worth what they charge.
