Baldwin Cosmetic Dentistry | Dr. Ginsburg D.D.S. & Dr. Yurchenko D.D.S

This dental office is absolutely horrendous. Dr. Ginsburg has a horrible bedside manner and sloppy filling work which caused me to see her counterpart instead. The practice is run quite poorly. I have now had my teeth cleaning rescheduled 3 times because they cannot keep a dental hygienist on staff nor their calendar together. It has now been 18 months since I've had my teeth cleaned due to their negligence. Hoping I'll get better patient care elsewhere.

Excellent office staff, very supportive. Dr. Yurchenko was very upfront and gives the patient the information they need to hear. Wonderful visit, highly recommend.

I hate going to the dentist and Dr. Ginsburg makes it every step of the way so painless. With her advice she has helped make my teeth so much healthier. Thank you dr!

If I could give zero stars I would, bc 1 is too much. I made an appointment for Saturday March 25th. When I got there the front desk lady tells me upon arrival that they couldnt find my name for insurance, which didnt make sense to me considering Id just called my insurance just 2 days prior to register my name with the facility. Time wasted. I couldnt be seen until my name was cleared although assuring them that my insurance was active. I was called that following Monday for a new appt that Wednesday. I arrive, Dr Ginsburg (the dentist I was specifically there for) is not there and so my only option was Dr Yurchenko. From the start her energy & demeanor was abrasive. She asked me what I was there for I said to replace my metal fill ins with white ones and fill in the cavity hole from a fill in that fell out while flossing. My teeth are sensitive to the point its even hard to eat; and every time I flinched she acted as if I was aggravating her rolling her eyes and shaking her head. She kept asking me why I wanted to replace the metal fill ins saying, why? But why should I do that? Its a want, its cosmetic, insurance may not cover it consistently trying to discourage me as if its a waste of her time. She kept talking about how expensive it is, insinuating that I couldnt afford what I needed done. I do well for myself at a young age who is she to judge me? There was so much debate I left this facility FUMING. I will never go back there. Ever. These people are incompetent unprofessional & I honestly question their licensure. The attitudes are disgusting all around. Ill never let them do any work on my teeth let alone step foot in that place. These positive reviews are questionable.
