I was in the store this morning 4/4/2024 at 8:22 am, I got out of there at 8:29am, the girl that was working the oven is the worst. This is not first time I have been annoyed with her but this morning I had to say something... I was in there for oatmeal yes oatmeal the store was not busy because everyone was either restocking or making one or two drinks... This girl took 5 mins to make my oatmeal, this was a mobile order I ordered it while I was in Rockville Centre and when I got to Baldwin no order. I stood there waiting this girl picked up the cup then stop and talk to a guy that was doing absolutely nothing she open the packet pour in the cup stop and chat some more before putting the hot water in the cup, then she left my oatmeal on the counter and had a full conversation with another guy and then back to the first guy before she continued with my oatmeal all while I am still standing there waiting on my oatmeal she work extremely slow adjusting her hair not washing her hands and getting back to my oatmeal and I just had it with her this morning. I told her she need to limit her chatting when preparing food and if she can't talk and work, she should not do it, she need to be more professional and take more pride in her work. I never had an issue with any other worker, and I have been going to this location since they open but every time I go in the store and this one particular girl is working the oven, you know it will be a 10 min wait. Very very upset right now.

Theyre on a competition, whos slower. Been waiting 20 minutes for two macchiatos. Whats going on? Not good counter ether.
