        I came across a beautiful cuckoo clock when cleaning out my grandmother's home, but it needed a little TLC. I reached out to NY Clock Repair for their expertise and was very pleased with the service! There was a slight hold up in getting some of the parts necessary for the repair, but the NYCR folks did a wonderful job keeping me informed about the delay. Very communicative and friendly staff. Now I have an adorable cuckoo clock and a nice reminder of my grandparents in my home. Will definitely reach out to NY Clock Repair for all my future clock needs!
