        Deceitful and nasty Manager who tries to dictate who can have legal and civil rights. Also, it’s dirty and not well maintained. Management allows strangers who act suspiciously into the buildings. Was investigated by HUD and is now preventing tenants from attending Board Meetings. Believe they rented unlawfully to a certain individual for many years. One tenant is very abusive and protected! It’s a nightmare! Do not move into this disaster!
