Having noise problems with cpap machine....on 12/15/22, I took cpap machine in to have noise issues addressed. Michael checked machine, and said he would get back to me on 12/16, or early following week. He never did. On 1/9/23, I called to find out what was going on. Lisa told me Michael was with another client and would call me right back. Here it is, 1/11/23, and NOBODY has called or addressed issue!!! Don't expect help from this business.

Not sure what the negative reviews are all about, but my wife and I walked in to get info on a hospital bed for my Father in law. We almost instantly got a monthly price after the woman asked my wife a few questions. Less than 2 hrs. later, it was set up in his room. Not only our key contact there, a newer hire and the man that delivered and set everything up, impressed us. I would recommend these folks. More importantly, Pops is happy.

CPAP Clinic offers little to no patient education. Your 1 hour appointment is spent with the clinician trying to get the medical devices to work properly. Patients have to return multiple times to get needed information on medical devices.
