Sugarbush Armory

Hello everyone, i dont want to sound like a sore loser , this is my story and you can make up your own mind. In February at a gun show near Attica N.Y well Iliked this gun a Springfield Armory xdm elite 10 mm auto, well after having it a few days when i went to look at it more involving I notice a what I think is a flaw the bottom receiver made of polymer ( hard plastic ) did not fit well ,at the front od the pistol was very slopy more play than any other gun I ever had ,the front steel upper to the bottom there is at list an 1/8 play to each side so I traveled more than 100 miles plus round trip , at that time agree with me and sent the firearm back to Springfield armory for evaluation and repair at that time i purchased 2 more magazines for it , well almost a month later i get a call that it was back to sugarbush Armory , and they seem not to find any fault with the loose play , well the 2 extra mags were not correct so i took them back well at the 4 th trip there mags were not correct and Kimo the owner of sugarbush armory was not there and no one could do anything without his permission and they had no way to contact him ( that was a big lie) from his # 1 in charge ) at the 4th trip there after I had to make an appointment with Kimo ,he looked at my case and after he offered to me 400$ for the gun i paid almost 800 $ including tax , well folks after 400 plus miles back and fort ,i could not loose 400$ on the deal so i still have the firearms , but I will not do business again with KImo @ Sugarbush Armory . YOU ALL MAKE UP YOUR OWN MIND

Ive been going here for about a year. After my third visit I decided this is my gun store. They have an amazing selection of guns and ammo, and unsurpassed customer service.

Very well stocked shop with friendly and knowledgeable staff. Well worth the drive out from Buffalo and I will be returning for future purchases.

Warning!! Once you visit this shop you will want to visit again and. Again! As a woman purchasing my first firearm I wanted to go somewhere where people were patient with me and willing to help me make the right purchase. A friend recommended Sugarbush and from the minute I walked in the door, I felt relaxed and at home. The staff was friendly, professional and fun! Their pricing is reasonable and they are great about ordering anything you want. My husband and I have purchased several more items here since then! Highly recommend them!!

The customer service is absolutely amazing, Mike is a wealth of knowledge. The inventory and pricing no one can beat. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend, I know I won't ever have to shop anywhere else.Thank you guys for being so knowledgeable and helpful.
