Randy was super knowledgeable and gave us a brief breakdown of what the maple making process was. We arrived passed 5pm on a Saturday and he gladly let us stop by. The gift shop had a good selection. I would definitely recommend it to people staying in the area to go and visit.

Wow! I'm shocked at the negative reviews. Looks like the locals are obviously ganging up on this place :(
Personally, I have had great experiences with Toad Hill. My family loves their syrup, coated walnuts, coated cashews, and cotton candy.
I have only dealt with Randy, and he has always been extremely helpful and friendly. However, he went above and beyond last week. My family and I were on vacation in Lake George so I figured I'd bring home gifts from Toad Hill. I ended up getting ahold of Randy at the end of his work day to see if he could fill an order for me. I especially wanted cotton candy to bring home to my sister for her Birthday. Randy said he didn't have any left "but will make more...just give me about 45 minutes..."! I pulled up 45 minutes later and Randy set my bags out on his porch and couldn't have been friendlier--from a distance, of course. Thank you Randy for going above and beyond. I sincerely appreciate your kindness. Everyone LOVED their gifts!
