John replaced one of our pumps with a new pump system that is better suited to address the needs of our home. He is knowledgable and takes a careful approach to make sure things are done right. He took the time to explain the new system and answer all of our questions. He is a professional in every aspect, and when we need plumbing services, he will be the one we call!

We recently moved to the area and wanted someone to install a new kitchen faucet for us and check out our sink because it seemed to be clogged. We assumed the grease trap needed to be cleaned out, and definitely did not want to tackle that project on our own. John came out to give us an estimate, and returned a few days later to complete the job. He was on time, professional, and courteous. He installed the new faucet quickly and in the process discovered that our pipes were not clogged at all and that the problem was easily fixed by replacing the gasket in the sink drain. All in all, great service, and impeccable workmanship. On top of all of that he gave us a complimentary grinder pump inspection. We'll definitely be using On-Call in the future. On Call Plumbing and Heating is on my keeper list! John is just great!! He kept me up to date on his exact arrival time. He played leak detective for a mess under the house and through the process of elimination soon had all under control. He was very patient in answering all my ancillary questions as well.
