Both were phenomenal. Entertaining and informative. The tour guides kept everyone engaged and had all the answers. Definitely book one of their many tours available.

My wife and I made reservations for the Greenwich tour, but fell ill due to heat exhaustion. I had to go to the hospital and as per the doctor, I was told not to do the tour. My wife tried to cancel within 8hrs and got the rudest individual claiming he didn't care of my situation. He said his name was Shawn (sounded fake). I understand that they're running a business, but things happen. But to be so disrespectful to the consumers issues is just terrible. Anyone making reservations better beware. I couldn't believe how they talked to my wife. Phone bullies!

This tour was SO great! James was our tour guide and he was amazing- I’m sure others are great too, but if requests are allowed you want to go with this guy. He gave us all the info, answered all our questions, took all our pictures- even stopped and told us where the good photo ops were. He was personable and curated the tour to our needs/walking speeds/sit down breaks! Highly highly recommend the tour! (It’s okay to bring snacks and water)

Great and fun tour! Patrick, our tour guide, was very knowledgeable about Superheroes, which made the tour so very appealing for a novice fan like myself. Already recommended the tour to a fellow comic book fan!
