I recently had the pleasure of working with Albi Kallashi at D-J Real Estate. While looking for an apartment, we were so close to signing with another real estate company. We were being pressured and the whole decision process seemed rushed. Luckily, we came across a property listed by Albi. We decided to take a look and we are so happy we did. From the moment we first contacted Albi he was professional and accommodating. And most importantly, he was personable and just a good person. He did not try to sell us and genuinely wanted us to find an apartment that we loved. We were constantly asking him questions and he was always responsive and enthusiastic in helping us. He also makes a point to give us a phone call rather than just sending a text. Albi truly works hard in making sure that you are matched with the perfect apartment. We never felt rushed, and he always reassured us to take our time and make a decision we were comfortable with. The actual signing process was a breeze and done professionally. Albi also went out of his way for us to meet the Landlord in person before signing, rather than just closing the deal. I could not have asked for a better experience and Albi completely changed my view of brokers in NYC. We have the perfect apartment now and we can thank Albi for that!

I been trying to get in contact with this guy named Mark. He keeps leaving my texts in read and being unresponsive. Im very disappointed hes very unprofessional and misleading. Like why waste my time Im only trying to find a place to live.

Saddens me to say this, but they are a total scam! I was fooled. Long story short I signed a lease with a land lord (received the keys and everything), and a week later got a call from a guy name Jay stating there was a "miscommunication". He was trying to get additional money out of me, which was not what I agreed to or in the lease. I ended up return the keys and the lease was cancelled. I lost money and time with these people. If you're reading this - stay away!!
