Also known as JC Management. There is a sign on my door from conedison that states the electric and gas for the building is going to be shut off due to non-payment from the management company. A locksmith sent us a letter that stated we are now responsible for payment of services rendered because Armin( the maintenance guy), made it clear he would not pay them. So the locksmith has super glued the keyhole to the building so tenants cannot enter. THe building was infested with roaches and they refused to deal with it. We had to seal the cracks in ourselves to eradicate the problem. We have no lights in the hallway and have to buy our own light bulbs to light the hallway. They allowed a 120lb pitbull move in upstairs and it thought we were intruders and tried to attack us in the dark hallway, BUT they wouldn't even discuss reimbursing us for the stove delivery men, for another tenant, destroying our umbrellas because having anything in the hallway, (the pitch black hallway), is a 'safety issue'. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
