My experience with this company was EXCELLENT. They helped me tremendously after a different locksmith company (will not name) treated me very poorly and made me feel SO unsafe! Thankfully, Astoria Locksmith and Door (Omar is who I spoke to on the phone) calmed me down. Even though he was not obligated to be so patient and listen to me when I was emotionally distraught from my ordeal from earlier today he had no problem easily doing that for me. Omar treated me with kindness and professionalism - he saved the day. Omar sent Franco to my home not too long after our talk. Franco was also kind and professional. He did a great job and my locks are working again. And I was charged a very fair price! I HIGHLY recommend this company and will be referring my family and friends to them should anyone ever need their locks repaired or replaced. Thank you Astoria Locksmith and Door! You went above and beyond for me.

Sadly they said they open at 9 am. Stayed until 9:40 and the store was still closed. Spoke to the owner before hand as well . I'm sure it's a fine locksmith but definitely not open at 9.

I called here because my lock wouldn’t open the door. So I called this service here. They guy helped us over the phone and we followed every step of the way. We opened the door with his help. He was friendly nice and very helpful. I would recommend this place whenever you are having trouble with your door or locked out. Thanks again!

First I would like to extend my gratitude to Omar & Oscar, Thank You, you guys are amazing. Well, First I was referred to this company by the GMC Garage on Gold Street in the city where I had explain to the parking attendant that the key to the Grand Cherokee I own had broke and I could not use my jeep. (Thank God for second vehicles) I was given a few numbers of locksmith's by the garage attendant but when I call Astoria Locksmith & door inc. I spoke with Omar, I explained to him my situation and asked him could he assist me with my problem, and did the company have service technicians that would be able to come to my destination the South Bronx, and without hesitation Omar answered yes to all my questions and gave me a very reasonable quote. Omar advised me of a certain time, however, things happen and I received a curtesy text to advise that he could not make it, however, that there will be a technician in front of my vehicle by 1 pm today 05/21/2021. Oscar the technician was on time and it took NO more than 10 minutes to make me two keys for my vehicle. when I say there is NO reason to look else where for a locksmith there isn't. ASTORIA LOCKSMITH & DOOR INC have reasonable prices, will go to any destination within the 5 boroughs and their humanity skills are off the CHART at 100% at all times, why would anyone want to seek a locksmith else where.. 5 STARS is an understatement for this company.. Sending this company many blessings, positive vibes and may they all prosper accordingly... Once again, THANK YOU OMAR & OSCAR, You guys rock and are Priceless. Service: Car key programming

Best locksmith service I have ever been to! I have been having an ignition key issue with my car for more than a year (on & off), I decided today to take care of the issue!.. in about less than 10 minutes a polite, professional young man explained the reason of the issue and took care of it immediately without replacing any part nor charging me a penny.
