Attention to service is not a thing here. You better get your orders in one go or you would have to hunt down your waiter. We didn’t see the waiter until we were leaving after our order. This is very chill place. We spent a good hour just smoking and chatting with a pot of tea. Love the tea set and almost want to buy a set if they sell them. After we got out hookah, we got a coal refill once after 20 mins or so and then that’s all you got. He went on to watch someone else playing game a few tables away. We have to wave down a guy name Sinbab who convinced us to come to their shop initially to get our bill. They take Venmo, cash or Zelle. Good bye to your credit card point. Also it’s weird to add a 18% tip to the bill for a table of 3. I didn’t complain as it’s pretty late but I bet someone did.

No water, no silverware, inattentive service, but GRATUITY Included. For what? I was there recently, joined my friend who was already sitting there, nobody came to take order untill we called a girl with her hands in pockets... How is that possible that you "don't have" a tap water? Ok, I took a bottle of water, how about glass, don't have it either? And how about forks? We had to ask for it once the food was on the table. I know - you will get your tip no matter what, 'cause t's included but I thought some baaasic rules apply to anyone.

I’ve been coming to layali Beirut for many many years this place hasn’t changed a bit amazing food , desserts and most importantly hookah. This place is great! Atmosphere is chill, cool and the staff is also really friendly, the owner Nabil is AWESOME he’s funny friendly and goes above and beyond to make customers happy as that’s their main priority.

Well priced hookah but not the best quality. Service was good and humus with meat is great.
