        I have been coming to ILKB for four years. Before that I had struggled to get into a regular exercise routine, then soon made it a 4-5 weekly commitment once I saw how it was vastly improving my day. The instructors are incredibly personable and uplifting, will take time to give individual instruction (which I have found is not true at other boxing studios) and are always doing motivating challenges that have pushed me further than I would have pushed myself. They make it fun and I’m not going to say “easy” but very accessible and enjoyable to work out.
