Very fast response and amazing service! They were able to provide me with a an appointment on my requested date and also provide me with a COI within a day of reaching out to them. I was given a window of 12-4pm and at 2:45pm I received a call and was told the installer would be there in about 15 mins. My A/C unit was installed within 30 mins and they did a great job with the custom plexiglass and caulking. The price was very reasonable as compared to the several other companies I also had reached out to. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again with any future A/C needs in NYC! Dave was amazing. He was able to fit me in with my tight schedule window. The technician he sent was very professional and was able to troubleshoot an issue with my band new a/c. The price is much affordable than the other companies I researched. Overall, great experience and would highly recommend this company for your a/c needs!
