        I drove to this location, very close to my neighborhood, is a residential building, with a lot of apartments. I was ringing bell 4D, calling the phone number listed on GOOGLE... NO ANSWER. Don't trust this company. Waste of time. Better use esigns.com instead

        We placed an order online on Wednesday March 30, 2016 for delivery on Wednesday April 6, 2016. We received an invoice. However, I tried to call the company for multiple days and the number was temporarily unavailable. Also I wrote multiple emails and didn't receive a response for days. Finally, I received an email stating that they would ship the banner next day which would have been fine because I would have received the banner on April 6th. However they did not ship the banner on that day. They shipped it a day late which meant we didn't have the banner for our presentation. (The whole reason we ordered the banner in the first place?!?!?!) They did admit that the reason their phone number didn't work was because they were in the process of moving offices. I'm very understanding but in this day and age there is no reason you can't forward your calls to a different number. And even that excuse does not explain why no one responded to my emails in a timely manner. My whole experience with this company has been very disappointing and I wouldn't use them again.
