Every vehicle you get from elite will cost you at least 30,000 and more do not trust them whatever car you see that their advertising that's under 10,000 they don't have in stock. it's all a trap and a trick don't let the beautiful interior for you they're demons rip off demonic demons. They took $2,400 from me and I didn't see the vehicle until the next day I said American made and under 10,000 they showed me a Nissan 35,000 at signing they wouldn't give me a refund I was trapped and the car was a lemon had issue from the start.

This is a concerned custom, and Victim of Anna, I wish I had read the reviews before going to this place, now it happened to me, I purchased an Over priced vehicle, anna said I can trade it in 8months, now she refused to return any of my phone calls, looking Management to respond to this, so someone can help me, with concerns I have, because now ppl act as if we never even did business, I feel used and abused, just lomo g for a little help about some of my concerns including warranty in which again I was scammed on, Please respond, I have no help, not sure if there even helping wit my credit report, even tho I had to give them an extra 400 to do, now no 1 will answer my calls or respond to me...,Customers beware

Please make sure to do your research on any used vehicle that they may offer you. Make sure you get a carfax report. If you happen to be able to test drive the vehicle, be sure to get it appraised from an unbiased dealer. Learn from my mistakes with this company. Do not settle on their terms, unless they work in your favor.

This place should be boycott. Stop ripping off innocent people. Anna will sweet talk you to death (just sign your life away) no big deal. Just know you don't get to test drive any car, and if they have to refund you money they will keep you waiting for a few hours.
