The receptionist was very rude. I don't think so. She does not know about the delta dental plans they take and what it covers?? Omg! Really! This is awful! I have not even entered or made an appointment yet. This is not good! Dr Chaudhary this is not true. I love every one. How dare you put my complaint with untrue words that is totally taken out of context. This is False! It is unprofessional of your receptionist to not know what is covered. Yes, I do have trouble hearing strong accents as I'm hearing impaired. This is awful. I don't appreciate you as a dentist the made up lies on your part. Unprofessional! I do not recommend! It's sad!

I cannot recommend this place enough. The office is clean and the staff professional. Dr.Chaudry is a spectacular doctor. Her expertise and experience in her field shows instantly. I know Im in good hands with any treatment. Ive had large procedures done by her that were painless compared to the smallest things at other offices. Chaudry makes sure patients are comfortable at all times and takes time to address all questions. Everything in the office feels modernized and up to date. The best part: there is no judgement at this office. Many dentists will guilt and ridicule patients for not having proper hygiene, reprimanding them in the hopes that their shame will push them towards better habits. This does not work. Dr.Chaudry on the other hand, expresses consistent understanding and compassion of a patients issues. Instead of shaming, Dr.Chaudry presents facts and treatment options to patients, leading them to making the best decisions for their oral health. A great rule I feel this office follows: Educate, don't reprimand. Education does far more for a patient than guilting them ever will. Dr.Chaudry has the patience and compassion few practitioners have. Informative & personable- this is THE dentist to go to when you have an issue. Outside of Dr.Chaudry, the entire staff is friendly and professional. The assistants are always pleasant and helpful. Billing is made very clear by the office manager This isnt a place for guilt or shame, but for learning and compassion. Every dentist claims to be the best at what they do. The thing about Ardsley Dental Spa is thats actually the case. Personally, I will not be going to any other dentist as long as Dr.Chaudry is around. Do you & your mouth a favor and go to Ardsley Dental!

Yesterday was my first visit to Ardsley Dental Spa and I wasn't sure what to expect. I haven't seen a dentist in a long time and was nervous not knowing what lied before me. The office is posh, dare I say, giving a mix of salon and office simultaneously. The work cubicals were bright, very clean and each had a screen for TV viewing. One had the most beautiful jewel plant which provided a clam, peaceful space to drift away from the dental work at hand. I was most impressed with the entire team who genuinely cared for one another as they ordered their lunch and kabitized about their upcoming group holiday. This spoke volumes to me as I interpreted that as meaning that they all must be good at what they do to want to continue a friendship outside of the job. I know I don't socialize with people outside of work who aggravate me during our time together. I left feeling so very well taken care of and because of the open flow of the office, was able to hear conversations from the other cubicals. What I was able to over hear was the very same kindness, attention to detail and true concern/connection with each of the other guests. I would very much recommend the services at Ardsley Dental Spa.
