Black Eyed Susan has been a favorite of our family ever since we moved to Western New York. The food is excellent, we have had wonderful service, and we love their acoustic music on Friday nights. They offer a wide variety of options and we especially love their desserts! Great place run by great people.

The ambience and service was excellent except that it took almost an hour to get our food after ordering and there were only two other people in the restaurant at the time. The food was extremely overpriced and didn't taste like anything special. The coffee was pretty satisfying. My side dish was cooked so long that it was charred and inedible. They gave us a free biscuit as an appetizer that was delicious. The best part of this place was the live musician who was playing Americana and classic blues standards on guitar. I would call it a saving grace for the place but only if you want to go there in the evening for coffee and live music. In that case I highly recommend it.
