Went to have my taxes done at this location by Karen. Simple return, one W2 and was charged over 400. When asked why she stated it depend on the complexity of your taxes how many W2 etc. My fianc did his taxes had twice the amount of W2 and was charged the same amount.. when questioned she couldnt give a straight answer. I would not recommend going here to get taxes done. If you do make sure the first question you ask is how much do you charge because she wont tell you. Also they deal with a third party banking system who deducts $144 on top of the fee charged by them for preparing your taxes. I will be reporting them to the BBB cause somethings just arent right about this business..
