Mark and his staff are absolutely the best in the business. Whether it is audio/video install/service or security camera install/service they treat your home or business with great respect start to finish. Mark is always accessible if there are issues after the work is completed and he will do absolutely everything it takes to resolve the issue whether it is something minor and takes 5 minutes or something that will take much longer. I have full confidence anyone who works with Mark and his staff will be 100% satisfied with the quality of his work and service.

I have worked with Mark and Install for more than 15 years. Always on top of the latest technology, friendly, willing to help me with the smallest of issues - and believe me, I've got plenty of those. He's my "go to" guy. Highly recommended!!!

Mark is awesome. I would give this company a Five star rating for those who do not want to read on. Do not hesitate to call and hire Mark from 631- INSTALL.I am a regular guy who doesn't know what a hash tag is, instagram or how to download an app- Mark is a master of his trade, made excellent recommendations for a product called SONOS that knew nothing about. In the end, I have this amazing sound system outdoors surrounding my pool and patio and he connected it to an indoor 5 speaker BOSE system that I have had for 5 years but not ever hooked up correctly. His installation is top notch, and for those like me he has a gift of explaining his trade in such a way that i was able to understand his clear, concise, succinct explanations. Weeks later when i forgot how to turn the thing on via my cell phone, he graciously returned my call and patiently walked me through the entire process, and enthusiastically offered additional technical support....I see five white stars above...i wonder if I am supposed to click on them...I just clicked one of the stars- they were white...now they are orange- If there were ten, I would click on all ten...Do not hesitate to use his company. Amazing customer service is his business. John

A good friend of mine was telling me about this product called ring doorbell and that she just had it installed at her home. I asked her who installed the ring door bell for her and she gave me the name of 631 Install and said that his work is excellent. I called and Mark Mule the proprietor explained the cost and system to me over the phone. We set up an appointment he arrived at my house promptly as scheduled and installed the ring doorbell system for me. The installation was excellent, clean and professional. Mark explained the system to me in detail. I would certainly recommend Mark to anyone that is interested in having a ring door bell installed. I would be very remiss if I did mention that Mark called me a week after the installed a system to see if we were happy with the system and that everything is working well of course we are happy and everything is working well Thank you Dave Weinstein
