I had horrible experience with place . This place has no empathy, respect for their patients. Had worst experience when i was treated so rudely, unethically by Aron one of the staff member who usually do paperwork in the office. She said i am wasting her time by calling her and asking for paperwork that my work needs to do my job . She was extremely rude , couldnt believe my ears when she talked to me on the phone so badly . She shouldnt work in health care practice when she dont know the basic courtesy to talked to the patients.

I was asked to arrive a half hour before my scheduled appointment. I said I would try, but couldn't promise that due to being a nurse in a very busy clinic. I took the lastest appointment they had and waited weeks to get in. I was turned away, even though I was on time for my appointment. I explained that I work in a clinic, and would never turn someone away who didn't arrive early. She stated it was their "policy" and it was to do paperwork. My paperwork was in my hand. It does not take that long to photocopy a piece of paper, have someone sign a HIPPA and then copy their ID/insurance. She asked if I wanted to reschedule and I said, "No. I've missed two hours of work to be here. There's no one in the waiting room. This is not patient centered care." They will be reported to my insurance company, the BBB, and every medical professional I've worked with in the past 18 years. Best part? They were recommended to me by the receptionist at the clinic I work at. I can't imagine either receptionist at our office acting in this manner. Edit: Also notice their canned, automated response to their reviews that blames their patients. Red flag. They never called me to make anything right either.

Dont go here for prenatal care unless you thoroughly understand what is supposed to happen at each visit and make sure it happens. Amongst other concerns, they never did the Nuchal Thickness measurements at my nuchal translucency ultrasound, when *I* finally figured out that this wasnt done (they didnt) it was too late to do it. And now Ive had to pay out $1,500 for other tests to ensure the baby is okay. No apology from anyone for it, no empathy for my stress in the situation and certainly no one cares about the extra money it cost me. When I talked to the Doctor about it her gut reaction was to push me out of the practice by giving me a list of other doctors instead of apologizing for what happened and showing a little empathy. Ive asked 3 times to have a manager call me to talk about what happened - never got a phone call. This place used to be great, I dont know what happened but I dont trust the medicine here anymore and no one seems to care to hear about a patients experience. They got their wish, I am much happier at a new practice who actually cares about their patients and practices an appropriate standard of care.

Posting on behalf of a relative who goes to the practice as she is fearful of retaliation. I am absolutely sick of being treated so rudely by the staff there. The actual doctors are great, but the nurses, NPs, and non-clinical staff are horrendous. The receptionist make me feel like I am completely inconveniencing them. The nurses have LITERALLY gaslit me on several occasions. One nurse even said well you didnt complain about this when you were here for your annual last month. As if it is humanly impossible to develop a condition or issue within a month!!?? I often fear calling the office when I am unwell because of the nasty responses I get. To add to it, Ive been unwell maybe 5 times over 18 years. Yet every time I am made to feel like I am a burden!! Your staff is a barrier to health care. Your staff needs to treat people better. We are all busy, dont treat sick people seeking healthcare so poorly. Have compassion. Have a heart. If I didnt love my doctor so much, I would leave in a heart beat. Please do better. Please educate your staff or get rid of them!!
