Truly disappointed when I ordered a printing order on line. Went into the store and saw store pickup, could not find my order. Went to the print counter and the order was not there. Young male said check the shelf by the front door, I said I did, he said not the red shelf , I could not see another shelving unit , instead of helping me find my order he said its not the red shelf its the other one. How disrespectful this young kid was speaking to me in this manner. I figured out where my order was. It would have been good customer service for him to say let me show you where it might be. There were no other customers he was taking care of but obviously he did not want to be bothered to help me.. none the less the printing was done well but customer service will make me find another place for printing.
