        The worst cab ride ever. I went .4 miles then he said he didn't take cards although it clearly said on their card they take cards. I handed him $20 then he handed me back $10. I protested and demanded he explain the fare to me. He said over and over its $8 baby, I don't have change. I asked for his dispatch number and cab number. He said it was "01," I laughed assuming he was not being truthful. He didn't help me get my bag out of the trunk and even tried to take off with it still in there. I chased after and he hit the brakes and I slammed my knee into the car. I called the number on the card asking how much it is to go a half a mile and he said $10. Now I'm thinking it was the same guy and a bogus card. I laughed and said I'm glad uber will be in Albany soon, then he hung up on me. His New York tag number is 29620 LV.
