Planet Beach

This location recently closed without any warning and without noticing it's members who have purchased packages!! People leave their expensive lotions there too, behind the counter and those have basically been forfeited as well! No refund, no answers, just a few Facebook posts saying to "stand by". It's completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Extremely disappointed in the Plant Beach corporation.

Bought my girlfriend a gift certificate...she loved it so much I had to buy her a membership. She is in love with the Mystic spray tan. Loves the tanning beds and can't get enough of the hydration and detox sauna. Sometimes when she doesn't answer my texts....I just call the spa.

I went in right before Christmas to get my first spray tan. Staff was very friendly and thoroughly explained the entire process to me. So much easier than using the bottled self tanner and my tan looked completely natural. Friends asked where I had gone on vacation. I was short on time so wasn't able to take advantage of their other services but will be going in next week to try hydration and get another spray tan! I love Planet Beach in Guilderland!!
