Nafisa was amazing. I took my 9 month old daughter here to get her ears pierced and could not have asked for a better experience. I was at ease immediately by how knowledgeable, caring, and service-oriented Nafisah was. She performed the service in two minutes and knew exactly what to do to make the process bearable for the little one. I highly recommend- 10/10 and will be back for other services. Side note: I have made appointments at Piercing Pagoda multiple times, showed up, and was told they didnt have any baby post earrings. They never seemed to care that they consistently did not honor their appointments. Look no further!

Came to Semblance to get my 7 month old daughter ears pierced. I usually do not leave reviews but this experience was simply amazing. Nafisa was so kind, professional and patient, and she made us feel really comfortable. She was also extremely knowledgeable at what she does and made my daughter feel super comfortable. Days have passed and we have no issues at all! If youre looking to get any piercings done for your baby or kid this is definitely the place without a doubt!

Definitely would NOT recommend this place. They would cancel your appointment the same week youre scheduled for your next appointment (x2). For PRP they would make you pay in advance a 4 treatment which is over 3k and they would not reimburse if youre in so much pain you cant take it anymore. Also they overcharge you for the extra shampoo and vitamins they make you buy every month.
