I was a long time resident of the capital region. I recently was looking for help in the real estate market for a friend and came across the Falvey real estate group.They directed me to a very nice and professional real estate agent named Brian Gareau. I was absolutley amazed at how knowledgable Brian was with the local market which has changed alot since I lived in the area. Cassie was patient with the long process of selling my mother's house. She actively brought new prospects into the home and communicated with us during the actual sale. It was a long process after discovering home repairs that were necessary to sell but in the end we got it done. Very thankful for her knowledge and patience in our sale!

I purchased my first home this year, and Cassie Franklin was such a wonderful help throughout the process. The seller in my situation was combative and demanding.
